Research Description

Biomimetic Design of Building Envelopes in Florida
I will analyze some of the most prominent and enduring species' epidermis and bilogical makeup in the state of Florida. This research will drive the design of a series of skin building system that will be specifically meant to react similarly to the skin system of the species' in question. This will be done in an effort to promote the idea of designing with natural context and utilizing that natural context to promote long term, efficient design.
