Research Description

Fossil: Retail Design

We are going to be looking at what elements of a retail store make people more likely to purchase an item. We are going to use the luxury brand, Fossil, as the brand that we are going to base our research on. Elements of a retail store can make people dislike the brand or product(s) and we are going to find those elements that make people remember the brand in a positive way and apply them into a simulated store. Our research will identify sensory and psychological elements and examine them for their effectiveness through different forms of data collection.
